- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices vary according to size of property, location, and the level of service the client is looking for. Typically, photo shoots start at $100 and property videos start at $175. I can combine services to create package deals and discount the price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It's important for both parties to have a clear understanding of the project so the best possible results can be achieved. Typically, I need the basic information of the property like price, square footage, location, notable highlights of the property, type of property and level of service the client is looking for.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With over 2 years of photo shoot experience in real estate alone, I have had experience with almost every type of property. I have worked on small condos as well as multi million dollar estates. My start in real estate began as being the executive assistant to a top producing agent in our area, and top 1% in the nation. As the exclusive photographer on over 80 transactions totaling over $20 million, I can get results that will not only satisfy you, but your client as well. In June of 2015, I graduated with honors from Cal Poly Pomona with a Bachelors in Business Administration, Marketing Management to better understand how to market more efficiently to your clients and consumers. In college, I had several photography classes including film photography, digital photography, black and white, and editing.
