Before launching our catering company, we had owned a well-known restaurant in Claremont, CA, for 15 years. Our daughter college going away reception was catered by Inka Trails. Ms. Patricia Rodriguez (owner) and her employees were outstanding. Every detail was taken into consideration by her and her crew, of course most importantly the food was excellent. Every plate appealed to each and everyone of our guests. The array of the menu makes it very easy to pick and choose what you would like your menu to look like. Ms. Rodriguez doesn't miss a thing, and I highly suggest choosing Inka Trails for any event you may have. We will always call Inka Trails first knowing that's our last call. The Lloyd Family.

I've used Patty now for the last couple of months for several luncheons at my company. Her food always arrives on time hot and fresh. I can tell you I've traveled Peru extensively and Inka Trails Catering is nothing short of authentic Peruvian Cuisine. Use on her company with complete confidence for any special event you may have. Patty did the catering for our wedding at the Women's Club of Claremont a year a go. We had a fantastic experience! Patty worked with us with the menu choices and gave exactly what we wanted, the service was amazing and the food, Oh the food! So delicious!!! Our friends still talk about the food at our wedding.

-Starr with a phone call to learn about client's needs and expectations. -Set up an appointment for a food tasting and menu selection. -Always avaliable to answer any questions. Encourage clients to call me as many times as they need.

Owned a fine dining restaurant from 2000 to 2015 which also catered off site events . Own a cafe style restaurant.
