- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
-Starr with a phone call to learn about client's needs and expectations. -Set up an appointment for a food tasting and menu selection. -Always avaliable to answer any questions. Encourage clients to call me as many times as they need.

Owned a fine dining restaurant from 2000 to 2015 which also catered off site events . Own a cafe style restaurant.
