I am familiar with all phases of construction from foundation to roof. As a Florida home inspector, I go to great lengths to ensure that all aspects of the property are inspected to include structure, roof, siding, electrical, HVAC systems and the plumbing. When I am finished with the inspection, I will provide you with a detailed report which includes photos. Reports are E-mailed and also provide flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends. Think of a home inspection like a very thorough physical exam for your house, just like the one you get yearly from your doctor. Depending on the size of the home, the home inspection process will last between 2 - 3 hours. Our certified home inspector will thoroughly inspect every aspect of the home in order to prepare a detailed report including photographs.
