FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When I started my business, it was not for the money. I started cleaning other peoples homes because I really loved doing it and it made me feel very special to know how happy I made them by doing so. That still holds true to this day. It is still not all about the money for me. I will never charge a potential new client too high of a price just so it can be more profitable for me. Ever Since I first started my business, I have been known to under bid. And I still do to this day. I’m not looking to get rich. Im perfectly fine with just making a decent living. If a client is interested in me and my services but the quote I give them is not in their price range , I am more than willing to negotiate. It’s very important to me that we are both just as equally pleased with the outcome.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I really like getting to know them first and finding out specifically everything they are wanting done to their home and that way I can reassure them of just exactly what they can expect from me. I always like to know just as much as I possibly can because I never want to intentionally disappoint anyone that has put their trust in me.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Really just 30 years of marriage and raising 4 children and all the while still always able to maintain a spotless home every single day no matter what.
