Absolutely worst professional experience I had in Cleveland. Messaged this company on Wednesday for junk removal service. Messages flowing back and forth for a while. I asked a time, he said 12 the next day. I responded back within seconds that I could do 2 or later but not 12. Not a single reply back until after 4 pm the next day, after I had to reach out again. Finally 4 hours after that message he responds. We agree to have his company come at 0800 on the dot the next morning. I explained the importance of arriving at 0800, as we had to be on the road at 0900. At 0830 that next morning I get a call from his company explaining he would be there in 20 minutes. At 915, 45 minutes after they told me 20 minutes, they finally arrive. Obviously I am pretty upset, but I give the guys a chance. I had a pickup truck full of junk. Few box springs, an old shelf, a bunch of odds and ends. It would have taken them literally 3 minutes to load it all. He quotes me 225 dollars. I immediately told them to leave and not to worry about it. Never ever, ever, hire this company.
