- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I had always been interested in real estate, but when buying my first house I saw personally, how first time buyers needed an agent who would really care about them and "hold their hand" through the entire home buying process since it is their first time. I had a lot of questions as a first time buyer, (single mom!) that a realtor was unwilling to answer for me, or "didnt have the time" to do so. From that day, I made it my complete goal to become the realtor that everyone needed!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with all types of different clients, first time buyers, third act buyers, high dollar invesetors, first time flippers, whether it is your next house, best house, last house, first house or your next flip home, I have done it!
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
A recent project I am fond of, is I had a client in need of a home, and from the day of pre approval, to closing it was exactly 27 days, the entire process was flawless and I was so happy to see my client in her new home in less than a month of getting pre approved to buy a home!
