- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing will be based on customer ideas and different choice of theme as well as their overall budget they will like to waste. I love to bargain therefore I attempt to look for the most affordable materials that still will present a beautiful turnout for my customers. The materials will be added up depending what it is that they are wanting and looking for their event. Each party is different as some include more people, more kids and etc. It’s my mission to present an affordable outcome where a great celebration can still take place without really spending so much on it.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love to hear my customer’s ideas and themes for their big event celebrations. From noting down their thoughts and desires for the event, I can go ahead and plan out a visual that would allow them to have an idea of their expected turnout. I love to take discuss small details from thank you cards, to favors, to centerpieces, desserts and cakes, to toppers, curtains, backdrops, balloons, invitations, etc. Once my presentation is presented customers can incorporate and share their thoughts and add more ideas if desired, etc. One of my primary mission is to provide beautiful work that can still showcase an impressive turnout and a happy customer without hurting my customer’s pocket.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
There is no training that I have received but it’s been my creative ideas that have allowed me to want to pursue this business route. I am a college graduate with my Bachelors in Business and currently back in school to continue pursuing my goal on earning my Masters as well in Business.
