I have never been so satisfied with money spent as having Katieann as our photographer for our wedding! She took the most beautiful fairytale pictures I've ever seen! Our venue must have been lighting challenging since it was at sunset with bright sun filtered through trees but she took that and soared! Everyone else attending couldn't get good pictures, they were too dark or too bright, but Katieann's pictures were amazing! She gave me so many gorgeous pictures that I will cherish forever!! I can't recommend her highly enough! You will certainly not be disappointed! My mother told me, "That is the most beautiful album of a wedding I have ever seen in all my 71 years! Magnificent! Your photographer was heaven sent."

Never having professional pictures done, I was feeling nervous about being in front of a camera and trying to pose. She did an awesome job of getting me to feel more relaxed and I was able to enjoy myself. Not only that, but the images turned out fantastic!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I enjoy working with new clients and enjoy getting to know a little bit about them before the shoot so I can connect. Establishing a connection is key to getting you to relax for more natural candid photos.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am self-taught and was mentored by one of the premier wedding photography's in our area.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've always enjoyed photography and since a was young found myself thinking in terms of "that would look great in a frame." I visited Maui and while I was there completely fell in love with it! It wasn't just the incredible landscape, but also capturing the emotions of experiencing the moment. I love, love LOVE it!
