Open to ALL ideas and suggestions, not your typical portrait photographer, also does Bomb editing skills, He makes sure you feel comfortable at all times, any scar or dark spot i was concerned about DIMINISHED. Made fashion photography more fun makes you feel like you are a natural!!!! MY FOREVER GO TO for future shoots.

I have been getting photo shoots done by Tulio for 4 years and every time I work with him it’s amazing. Creativity floats thru the air and we always come up with very high quality photos.

This guy can literally do it all!! We used to use traditional photo businesses, but since using Tulio I refuse to use anyone else. His price beats everyone, and we got our prints back in half the time it would normally take a business. 10/10 would recommend
