Bianca had taught my daughters a few years ago, they thrived and learned so much. My youngest daughter was not excited about taking piano at first but with bianca style of teaching she truly tailored the lessons towards what kiana loved and got her so excited. Not only did they learn from her expertise but they truly had fun and looked forward to each lesson. We were sad to see her go but now she is back and i can't wait to get them started again. I've not found another instructor the girls enjoyed enough to continue lessons while she was gone, and even after all this time they're exited to learn again now that they can be taught by bianca.

Bianca did a wonderful job taking her time and being very patient with my slow learning skills - Piano is something i've always been interested in but didn't want to do the same old scales that i did in high school, I wanted to play actual music; which with her lesson plan allowed me to do, I still learned the fundamentals but also was able to play an actual song! which to me was worth it all. I plan on using her to teach my daughter once she's a little bit older.

Bianca was a great instructor. She is patient and knows how to teach piano in a way that I LEARNED and not memorized. Her enthusiasm for music made it fun and her adaptable teaching style allowed me learn the stuff I wanted to learn, not just boring theory and scales.

3%: broken down=1% for taxes, 1% for business fees/expenses/licensing/insurance and 1% to pay for essentials.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to do a consultation over the phone to determine what you would like to get out of our business relationship. Then we set up a meeting to deliver learning and set up our business relationship. I, then guide you through the workflow neccessary to buy/sell.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
CO licensed Real Estate Broker exams, schooling, fingerprints, insured and licensed. Past work experience of 2 years in property management (qualifying tenants, qualifying rental properties, HOA compliance, Occupancy compliance, Fire Code compliance, Marketing, scheduling, document generation, photography, file organization, etc.)
