- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
3%: broken down=1% for taxes, 1% for business fees/expenses/licensing/insurance and 1% to pay for essentials.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to do a consultation over the phone to determine what you would like to get out of our business relationship. Then we set up a meeting to deliver learning and set up our business relationship. I, then guide you through the workflow neccessary to buy/sell.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
CO licensed Real Estate Broker exams, schooling, fingerprints, insured and licensed. Past work experience of 2 years in property management (qualifying tenants, qualifying rental properties, HOA compliance, Occupancy compliance, Fire Code compliance, Marketing, scheduling, document generation, photography, file organization, etc.)
