Industry standard is 3%. I have offered 2.5% in specific circumstances.

Listen closely to what the clients goals are. Explain the current market and what the possible challenges and options are. Explain the process and the benefits of taking a certain position.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Prior to real estate, I was an owner/operator of a home inspection company in Southern New Mexico. Although I cannot quote "Code" , I can offer a unique incite into problems that may arise and possible solutions.
