- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to discuss why you like this home, go over any concerns, and pay particular importance to the " money pit" potential. If I think this home is not worth it, I'll tell you. If this sale is a lemon, I'll do the next inspection FREE.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
120 hours with InterNachi. I was also a licensed realtor at a point in my life back where I am from. I know homes.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I built two homes. When I moved and bought a home, I didn't get a home inspection. I trusted that the city inspector would have caught the flaws. I was wrong. The radiant heat controls were all wrong. It made me want to go to school so I could protect others.
