Introduction: I am a certified personal trainer, nutritionist, corrective exercise specialist, and mixed martial arts instructor. I would love to come to you. We don't need a gym and I have my own equipment. You do not need to hire a babysitter! I want your kids to be around and watch mommy or daddy work out. I will include workouts for the entire family at a local park, in the convenience of your home, or in my in home workout room. There will be multiple fun workouts where your kiddos can exercise with us. I will help you achieve your fitness goals without the expensive cost of babysitters.
