- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In order to perform the professional services required to start your travel request, a Plan To Go (PTG) Fee is required. The Plan to Go Fee is separate from the cost of the trip, non-refundable & non-transferable*. *PTG Fees are subject to change based on complexity of itinerary.
