- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on client expectations for service and job conditions. The more meticulous the expectation then the higher the price due to time spent on the job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer the primary focus is to understand the "voice of the customer". What type of service do they want, when do they want it, what are their expectations from this service. The better a company understands what the clients expectations are then the easier it is to meet or exceed them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 6 years professional lawn service experience and 4 years experience as a quality technician. I hold a degree in Business Management, ASQ Certified Six Sigma Green Belt, and numerous certificates for quality and problem solving training.
