- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices are based on factors such as square feet treated, materials cost plus labor, and difficulty level of the job given the terrain involved.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It is best to gather all the details about a request initially. Then contact the customer and learn about their property goals based on that information. After that I prefer to get right to work, send a quote, or set up a meeting on the property. Whichever the client prefers.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BS in Agricultural Science, golf course and turfgrass management from The University of Missouri. I hold a certified commercial applicator license with The Missouri Department of Agriculture. I also have graduate school education in Parks Recreation and Tourism. I am a trained Pesticide Technician and I have been a high level salesman for a leader in turf grass industry care products with continuous education in that area.
