By identifying and applying your own unique strengths to difficult situations you begin to not only survive but strive. I approach counseling through a positive, strength-based cognitive therapy. My desire is for you to flourish as a unique individual in your own relationships.
I love to see my clients grow as individuals and in their most important relationships. There is nothing more exciting for me than to watch a person become more than they ever thought they could. I love to see a person and their relationships flourish.

I have never been to counseling before, but found myself in a situation that I could not handle on my own. My husband had an affair, and though we decided to try to work it out, we had difficulty addressing the issues involved. I was extremely nervous about trusting a third party with our marriage, but Dr. Natale was professional and caring and I found him to be an expert in the area of couples counseling. He brought problems to the surface and assisted me in dealing with them so they could be handled and not buried. He gave us tools to use further in our journey, and most of all he helped me realize that we could make it. I am very thankful that I decided to contact Dr. Natale.

Dr. Natale helped me personally in so many ways. It only is caring and understanding, but he is very knowledgeable in so many areas of life and the obstacles that prevented me from being able to be a better person. He was able to repair my relationship with my wife and with my self. And he was able to help me deal with everyday stresses that were preventing me from being who I wanted to be. He is for sure someone that I would recommend to my friends or even complete strangers that are seeking help mentally and emotionally.
