I do but I'm flexible with options to fit my customer's need and budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to create a data sheet first to get to know my customer and hear their concerns about his/her project. then I schedule an estimate to observe their concerns, create the quote and then consult with customer about project solutions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My education level is a Masters Degree in Public Administration. My training is that of my father and years of experience.
