Introduction: Hi! My life's passion is counseling and supporting clients. In individual sessions I primarily use CBT - Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and also use various other therapies to meet the client's needs. I also really enjoy working with couples and use Emotionally Focused Couple Therapy (EFT) to reduce conflict and stress in their relationships. On most weekdays, I have 1 hour sessions with individual adults and/or couples. I also offer extended sessions (1.5 hours) for couples on Saturdays. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$100 individual 50 minute session; $125 couples 50 minute session
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After you contact me, I obtain your email address and you will be sent a link to my Client Portal/Electronic Health Record. There you can read my Informed Consent and Policies, along with filling out an intake form. Usually Clients meet weekly with me but we can tailor that to fit your needs. Individual sessions will be 60 minutes and Couple sessions are 75 or 90 minutes.
