This concept is amazing. Natalye literally took care of everything when it came to our project. We built a new driveway that went to a potential 2 car garage/storage area in our backyard. I didn't realize how much work she did until I spoke to my husband. I had no clue so much work went into concrete. That is why we had her help us find the contactors for our garage. A month later and everything is perfect. We are so happy with her guys and the work they did. I would recommend her to anyone.Apr 17, 2018
Natalie from RJ Interiors is amazing. She helped us with a renovation on our kitchen, living room and bathrooms. She and her guys did everything. She helped us stay in budget and we finished the project earlier than we thought, we only had to wait a couple of weeks on a mirror for our master bathroom. She scheduled every contractor and we only had to deal with her and her assistant. They ordered all of our furniture and the fixtures for our bathrooms. The only delay we had was because of weather related and again she still made sure something was happening with our project. We plan to do all of the bathrooms later this year and we will definitely be using her company.Apr 10, 2018

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I always start out with a consultation, preferably in the space being considered, which is $75.00 for an hour and a half. Within this period you can ask me anything about your home and I will give my honest opinion and suggestions. If you decide to proceed with RJ Interiors services, whether it be interior design, general contracting or a full scale remodel, that consultation fee will be applied to the balance of services performed. I bill $50.00 per hour when working on your design project. I also encourage shopping trips ($200.00 per day). This allows us to look at different textiles, fixtures, products and furniture and you are able to get my honest feedback. This is a great option for those that simply need guidance in the right direction or those that need help with the coordination of materials.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? For interior design and space planning projects I like to first consult with the client over the phone to set up an in person meeting. I usually ask that they start a Pinterest page so I can gauge what they like. This initial conversation and idea sharing also aids us in figuring what you want my role to be as your home designer. During your initial design consultation I am able to come with ideas, and the client is able to ask me any questions regarding the project. Starting with an in person consultation is ideal for all projects; however, if there is specific contracting work that you want done I will typically bring the appropriate contractor with me.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have an Interior Design Certification from a local technical school that was obtained over the course of one year in 2007. Since then I have completed several projects for family friends. I have been around construction and home design my entire life, so this is a combination of technical experience, creative design, time management and project management.
