- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a "Locked in" pricing system. We do in home quotes so that you are given an exact estimate. Also we allow tracking from start to finish using the Apple app “Find Friends” so will have live updates of where your belongings are. Unlike the competition we charge by the job not by the hour!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is simple. Start as a stranger; end as family. We want to make sure you are fully involved with our services. We break down where your money is going so you can see that our pricing is reasonable. We always put our customers first. With our free quotes there is no pressure or constant calls to book with us.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our employees learn proper tool education, proper lifting techniques, and customer service skills. Each employee must start on junk removal to learn techniques before moving your valuables and property. Each employee is independently trained with our owner.
