- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to determine their preferences, skill level, interests, dietary restrictions and anything else they feel is relevant before we begin.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
21 years of cooking and hosting cooking classes in my house and training as a holistic nutritionist.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My love of cooking came to me first from my grandmother. Spending long days with her in the kitchen making soup, pies and noodles from scratch. I went to the Art Institute of Pittsburgh and love to do anything creative. It was a natural transition to cooking.
