- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each move is unique & no two homes are ever the same. I like to set-up a no obligation/visual survey to best access each home's individual needs, so I can give the most accurate pricing quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Moving is a stressful process and it's hard to feel prepared on move day. We will do everything to make the process go as smoothly as possible. I like to find out my customer's main needs & concerns so I can best access their individual home's needs to set-up the best move customized to their expectations.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with customers moving to a new home just a few miles away, across the state, across the country, or even across the world. Every customer is unique and is moving for different reasons, not always by choice, so it's not always an experience they are looking forward to.
