Exceeded my Expectations!! Moving is never a fun experience, but Andrews made it 100% easier. I was so stressed about the entire move trying to sell our old home and finish building our new home and getting all the loose ends tied up in time. Our move consultant, Courtney came out to visit our home and she was WONDERFUL!!! She explained the whole process and gave us different packing options that best fit what we needed. I felt like a huge burden had been lifted off my shoulders after her visit. She had great suggestions of where to donate & sell items we didn't want and helped us better prepare for move day. We had Andrews come and pack our home and do our move the next day. The crew was great. They were courteous, respectful, and very knowledgeable. They packed my whole house in a day, I would have been packing for weeks, heck probably months!! Everything went smoothly, the crew was quick and efficient. It's amazing how hard they worked and still had a smile at the end of the day!! Will definitely recommend to friends, family, and co-workers that are moving!! Thank you!!

Great customer service & moving crew. We checked into a few different moving companies & got estimates. Some companies just gave us a phone estimate and didn't even want to send someone to see our home. How are you going to give me a correct price if you have no idea what we have? Andrews set-up an appointment for an in-home estimate. The estimator was very informative & explained everything well. She definitely knew her stuff. Most companies lowballed and told us it would take 2-4 hours. Our estimator explained how they estimate time, our move took 7 hours to complete from start to finish with Andrews, which is exactly the timeframe the estimator told us. The crew worked so hard all day!! I was impressed. They also offer full value protection to insure your furniture, in case something is damaged, which put my mind at ease, but thankfully everything went great & nothing was broken. They wrapped & protected everything so well. The crew was extremely nice & professional. They didn't complain about heavy furniture or stairs. I couldn't have asked for a more professional company or crew. They cost a little more, than some of the smaller mom & pop moving companies, but with moving you definitely get what you pay for. We will definitely call them next time we move. Thanks for everything!!

Each move is unique & no two homes are ever the same. I like to set-up a no obligation/visual survey to best access each home's individual needs, so I can give the most accurate pricing quote.

Moving is a stressful process and it's hard to feel prepared on move day. We will do everything to make the process go as smoothly as possible. I like to find out my customer's main needs & concerns so I can best access their individual home's needs to set-up the best move customized to their expectations.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with customers moving to a new home just a few miles away, across the state, across the country, or even across the world. Every customer is unique and is moving for different reasons, not always by choice, so it's not always an experience they are looking forward to.
