- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Once I have your address I look at the county auditors site and other online applications. I may need to visit the home for a more accurate price. Once I provide a estimate, that is the price. I don't say it's more after I start the project unless something major comes up.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like a email to send a very descriptive proposal. I prefer talking with customers but I understand sometimes texting is easier. I explain each step of the process. All safety practices will be in place for each project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Contributing member of the UAMCC.org, Doug Rucker Power Washing school, Soft wash Systems school , many seminars, daily interactions with many contractors and hands on experience.
