- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes. The prices are always listed on our website and are based on the finished sq. ft. of living space.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You can simply call or email me to schedule a home inspection. During the scheduling I can take a few minutes to address any questions or concerns you may have. I will then meet you at the scheduled inspection time (we hope you can make it) and walk through the home inspection with the you. At this time I can show the you all of our findings and answer any questions you have. Payment is due at the end of the inspection and the report will be delivered the next day. If any further support is needed, I will be available as long as you need me.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Certified professional inspector (NACHI). The first inspectors in Ohio to join Independent Home inspectors of North America. Ohio licensed radon tester. Ohio licensed wood destroying insect inspector. More than 15 years inspecting/residential construction/building science.
