- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Being family owned and operated we have some of the best pricing in Central Ohio for your glass needs. We provide free estimates on all our jobs and our estimates are clear and easy to read. We do not add on any extraneous or have any hidden fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is to contact us for a free estimate! We typically start with an onsite estimate to look at the space and take measurements to give you the most accurate estimate we can. From there we discuss what you are looking for and work with you to get you the best product for your needs.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with everyone from clients that need to have one foggy window replaced to multi-million dollar companies that need to have new storefronts and everyone in between. No client will ever be too small for us. The housing market is exploding in Columbus and we love working with our contractors and designers to give them exactly what they need to finish their housing projects for a budget they can afford.
