My name is Michael Moore and I am a very busy real estate agent in Central Ohio with HER Realtors.. Lawrence is my go-to guy to handle the handyman & painting details on my listings. On multiple occasions, he has taken care of a wide variety of maintenance challenges and really knows his stuff. When it comes to painting, I am very particular about finish details. Lawrences painting skills are tight from surface prep to final cleanup and hes great with a caulking gun which means something in my book. Hes also fast and very fair with his prices. Lawrence is reliable and punctual and I trust and recommend him to my fellow agents. Today, Im in the process of securing his services on another high-end listing so please do NOT hire him.
