Located where ever most convienant for you! I have a space available. I can also come to you or there are also many outdoor opportunities! Sessions are designed around you're specific goals. Yoga has helped my life in so many ways. Knowing how to teach the benefits of yoga and help others become the best versions of theirselves, makes me feel complete. Teaching yoga is my true passion!

I recently attended a yoga class, and I happened to be the single participant for that day. Which meant that I ultimately had a private yoga session with Jenny, needless to say I was blown away! She started by asking what areas I wanted to work on and if there was anything new I wanted to try. Since I’ve never had a one on one session, I knew would be my time to push myself and get out of my comfort zone. Jenny was amazing at helping me with my flow, and helping me with my head stand form ...something I haven’t had the opportunity to do because a big group class can be intimidating when working on areas, like a headstand. I would strongly recommend Jenny to anyone that is looking for a great yoga instructor !

Jenny is one of the best yoga teachers I have ever had the pleasure of working with! She is very attentive to her students and she has wonderful patience when you are trying to learn something new. I am not the most knowledgeable when it comes to yoga but she made sure to point out what I was doing really well, and what I could use some practice on. She is honest and she cares about all of her students.

Working with Jenny was such an amazing experience! I started taking classes with her with no yoga experience at all. After just a couple of short months of working with her, I was amazed at how good I felt physically and spiritually! She has created a yogi in me for life! Her classes are fun and upbeat, and she knows just how to encourage her students when she knows what they’re capable of. She’s incredibly patient and intuitive. I am so happy I have had the opportunity to work with Jenny!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I want to give the knowledge of yoga to anybody and I completely understand life is hard sometimes financially I'm willing to work with people even if they have a tight budget offer discounts to those in school, low income, military, etc.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Set up a meet and greet. Cover basis physical history and make a plan to get your goals accomplished.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my 200 hour yoga teacher training certificate with yoga alliance. I've taught over 500 hours of yoga. I am insured for the safety of you and myself.
