Introduction: I have been an agent for over 10 years now, and my greatest pleasure is meeting new people and caring for the needs of their vacations. I have enjoyed cruising on multiple cruise lines, and visited several all-inclusive resorts. I have done intensive training so that I could acquire the knowledge needed to do this for you....etc. Sandals Resorts certified, Freestyle Specialist certified for Norwegian Cruises lines, SNG specialist just to name a few. I think to be a good travel agent you need to be able to listen, and listen carefully! It is important to understand what my clients want before I can suggest to them a destination. So, if you’re planning a multigenerational family vacation, a honeymoon, an all-inclusive getaway for a group of friends, or you just need to get away, I am here to plan the vacation of your dreams. There is no standard pricing for my service because each, vacation is customized to your needs.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
This is my retirement job. I had work servicing people for over 30 years in credit management. I find an enjoyment in knowing I have help a group or couple and even a family to the destinations they have worked hard to pay for.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I recently became certified as a specialist of SNG. Special needs group, I provide special needs supplies for travelers needing oxygen,wheelchairs, special sleeping equipment for when they travel. I feel honored by this because everyone should be able to travel no matter what their health condition is.
