I needed service ASAP and Ricardo delivered! He normally does not work on Sundays, but was willing to do so for me knowing my time constraints. Punctual, friendly, respectful, handled surprises we found in the plumbing system quickly and on the spot and double-checked there were no leaks after the water was back on, discovered a hidden diagram under an appliance took a pic of it with his cell phone and, reading off that, repaired an ancient gas wall heater, as well as finding the problem in a gas stove. Did painting and caulking, too, so a Jack-of-all-trades, and very thorough in all work. We really appreciated him and his work.
