Introduction: Learning a new skill should not be stressful. I like to provide a light and fun environment where the students are relaxed yet still learn these valuable life saving skills. I have been a law enforcement trainer for over 7 years and providing CPR/ AED/ First Aid training since 2012. I believe in re-enforcing the knowledge with a good deal of hands on so that the skill is placed into the muscle memory banks. This allows a person to ACT in a high stress event or medical emergency. Highly professional training either at your location or mine. I enjoy meeting new people in the community and sharing this valuable life saving skill with clients in an easy approachable manner that will give them confidence to act in an emergency. I have had a number of people share their successful stories after an incident and that is why I enjoy sharing this skill with others.

Gary is an excellent instructor. I have taken this class 3 times and I can honestly say with this class I have learned things that were never mentioned in other classes I have taken. The class definitely wasn't boring, he taught very well, he made everything easy to understand and provided good scenarios. He had scenarios that made me think, but was good to learn so I could be prepared for these things. I will definitely being referring him to others and take my next class with him.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Masters in Criminal Justice I am a Certified instructor with the NC Justice Academy & Sheriff's Standards. I have been an AHA BLS instructor since 2012 and an American Red Cross since 2015.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started with volunteer work with the American Heart Association and then got into the teaching aspect of it.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Everyone from kids taken babysitting courses to Medical Professionals.
