Introduction: I use Emotionally Focused Couples therapy to help couples transform their relationship. Relationships provide us with the deep emotional bonds we all desire. That bond can weaken over time leading to conflict. There is a way back to feeling safe, secure, important, and close to your partner again. Emotionally focused couple therapy focuses on the rigid way couples interact with each other and help to find new ways of seeing each other that can lead to feeling close again.
