Tim was readily available and quick to get the job done. He assessed my laptop and made sure that what I needed fixed was actually what was wrong with my laptop. He had to order the part online, but did that in front of us and there was no confusion on how much the parts cost or how much he would charge for installation. It was reassuring to have someone honest working on my laptop; as in the past I have been heftily overcharged for parts and service.
