FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I quote based on the information provided. How many hours or days I think it will take. And if I will have to hire a laborer to help with the project. Plus, materials for job if needed. I am not trying to make a fortune. I get off work early, I'm off on weekends, and I like to stay busy. I especially enjoy helping older people and customers who really need some help. Please let me know this info if it applies and I give you a quote. I will always reduce my bid for our older community after we meet.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will give you a quote based on the information you provide. Then, I would like to discuss any questions I have and hopefully come and look at job to be done. Then I could possibly lower my bid. Or in a few situations, give you options if it turns out that there is more work than anticipated.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was raised on a ranch. I had to learn to landscape, garden, build fences, and fix most mechanical problems while growing up. Since then I have been in the mechanical field. I oversee and work on all aspects of the mechanical side of projects in refineries and on military bases.
