- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide hourly rates for local moves and "flat fees" for long distance jobs. Our rates include furniture protection, insurance, truck, and equipment. We offer special rates during "off-peak" times and an additional for seniors and military discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We send you our initial estimate with all necessary information about us and the moving process. If the customer wants to book us, and they usually do) we will email you a full "confirmation" no deposit necessary to book the job. 2 days before we call our customers to confirm the time of arrival.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We put our guys through the specialized moving training.
