- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If you are looking for a recurring cleaning (monthly, bi-weekly, or weekly), ask about our special deals and discounts!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We communicate with you to make sure all the details are correct, and then we send out an invoice to your email. After the cleaning is complete, you are welcome (and highly encouraged) to do a final walk through with the cleaning team to make sure everything is to your liking.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I learned how to clean the hard way from my mom. She'd make me clean the floors and counter tops all over again if it wasn't up to her standards. I felt like I was starring in the Karate Kid. She taught me the meaning of "Deep Clean."
