- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have standard pricing. We do not play the "price hike-price drop game." Many in-home sales companies are just that... SALES companies. We are here to serve. We have the same price for all of our customers, we don't give a super high price and hope it sticks, then lower it when our customers say it is too expensive. We do not up-charge. We have standard pricing for our products and labor.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process for working with a customer starts with a phone call. 1) Homeowners call and ask for an estimate on replacing windows and/or doors in their home and/or business. 2) We ask the customer a few questions in regards to their desired project: How old is your home? How old are the windows/doors in your home? Are you looking for a specific design option or are you more interested in energy efficiency? Etc. 3) Once we have enough information about what the homeowners needs/wants are, we set up a time for one of our experts to come out and look at the project. 4) Our expert takes pictures and measurements of the windows/doors and shows the homeowner the products that we have available. Once the homeowner decides which product they are interested in, our expert will give them the PRICE to have us install that product in their home. 5) If the home owner trusts our company, loves our product, and is completely satisfied with the price we offered them, then they choose to do business with us. 6) We have the windows/doors built, schedule the install, and install the products that the homeowner desires. 7) After the products are finished being installed, we then do a walk around with the customer on the finished product to make sure that everything is 100% the way the home owner wants it, when it is confirmed that the project has been installed to the highest degree of standards and craftsmanship and the customer is 100% satisfied, we shake hands and the project is complete.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Everyone that works for Full Armor Windows & Doors of Omaha / Council Bluffs is either a previous installer or a seasoned professional in business operations. The majority of our staff is college educated and business professionals.
