I've been taking guitar classes from Juan, and I love his classes! What I like the most is that he doesn't just teach you what to play like majority of teachers do, but he tries to explain the reason and the theory behind everything and it's interesting. He is very patient, and when you cannot get something he'll slow down and take the time to explain until you get it. He seems very passionate about what he does and he encourages and gives off that passion to his students. Excellent teacher!

JC has been working with my 11 year old son. The lessons are fun, thought out and productive. My son really looks forward to his lessons and JC makes learning fun. Having tried other teachers in the past, I would definitely recommend JC to anyone interested in learning to play guitar.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My standard price is $40. If the student lives more than 20 miles, I will charge 10 dollars per 10 miles after 20 miles.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1 lessons to see where they are at and then I customize a lesson plan that caters to their strengths and works on weak points
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an Associates Degree in Guitar Performance and was awarded most improved student of 2016 at Musicians Institute in Hollywood, CA
