My husband went on the roof after a storm and found loose shingles. No way did I think we had storm damage but decided to call anyway. The salesperson came out and sure enough there was! Contacted the insurance company. They came out along with our salesperson to inspect. After some back n forth, we got our roof approved and moved onto the fun part of installing! The guys were great. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?You will always know what your project will cost, in writing. No surprises. The installations that we do are all priced on a per project basis. Pricing for Roofs, Siding, Windows, Gutters all depend on the types of materials used, the installation methods used, and the specific home it is being installed on. We used to ball park prices in the past but found that it lead to too much confusion and customer dissatisfaction. Now we like to see your home, meet with you in person, and accurately price your project so you get the most positive experience possible when doing business with our company. And we find our customers understand and actual enjoy the process.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Our goal is to make happy customers and life long clients. To do this we have developed a very specific, top secret, proprietary process. A process that 99% of other contractors don't or won't follow... We listen to YOU! Yep, we actually listen to our customers. We find out what you are trying to achieve. What materials you like, what style or look you are trying to get, and what your expectations are. By listening we find out what you want and we help you achieve your goals. So our process works like this: One of our trained, experienced representatives will sit down with you and have a conversion. He or she will ask you questions to discover what you are trying to achieve. This lets us determine if the project is something we feel we have the expertise in to complete for you, the homeowner. If we find that we can not help you, we will be honest and tell you. And, in most cases, we will recommend someone who can get the work done for you. If the the project is in our ball park, we then take a walk with you around your home to investigate further. We look at the issues at hand. We formulate solutions. And we take measurements. We then sit down with you again and make suggestions. Not based on what we offer or what we want to sell but based on your specific wants and needs and the specific make up of your home. We then price the project for you, to the penny, leaving nothing to chance. You will know exactly what the project will cost, how the process will work, what comes next, how we protect you with our warranties, when the project will start and how long it will take to complete. You will always get a detailed proposal in writing and a no pressure, no obligation consultation for the work at hand.
