- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every job is priced to match the best solution to that specific problem/property. We offer competitive pricing based on scope of work determined by in-home diagnosis of issues. We offer volume discounts on larger projects. We match competitors pricing, if it is truly an apples to apples quotation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We provide in-home estimates at no cost to homeowners. With a 5 minute phone call, we can gather the necessary information about the property to schedule an estimate with one of our professional consultants. Depending on the season, we can schedule appointments within a few days to a week, sometimes we are even able to schedule same day appointments.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
