- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing structure is flexible, but always with this in mind: coaching is most successful with consistency. I'm happy to discuss any plan that works for you - I'm flexible, and transparent about my rates. Most of my clients are happiest with 2 - 3 sessions per month, but I also have clients that have preferred tiered package deals (more up front, but money saved in the long run). I do offer a new client package deal for anyone interested! :)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We would start with blocking 2 hours for a free intro call to get to know each other. During that call we can discuss your hopes and dreams, and what our steps would be in making them come true.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
-I have a degree in psychology from the University of Redlands. -I graduated from Coach U, an ICF-accredited coach training program. -I am a member of the ICF (International Coaching Federation). -I've completed training in the IFS model (Internal Family Systems).
