- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our minimum service is $179 which includes a large truck w large covered trailer and two hours from two experienced & friendly movers who have been with our company for many years. This is within a 30 mile radius of Dallas and anything above that is subject to a nominal fuel surcharge. Each additional hour from the crew is billed at $79 per hour and at 30 min increments.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer a very straight forward moving and specialty relocation service, priding ourselves in no surprises or hidden fees. Our professional movers are trained with time honored methods and provided with the latest tools to get the job done right. All of our grand pianos are moved by qualified piano technicians and not by standard furniture movers. We would love the opportunity to see why the majority of our business is from referrals and repeat customers.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have a very experienced staff that will take the critical care to help with your relocation and moving needs. Whether you need a relocation engineer to fully plan your entire move from packing -to- relocating -to- cleaning -to- unpacking -to- assembly or just anything in between we can help. All grand pianos are moved by actual piano technicians and musicians.
