Introduction: I have been a practitioner of yoga since 2001. I completed the 200-hour YTT with Inner Strength Studios and really believe in the "now" and living in the present moment.
I enjoy working with students of all ages. If you can breathe, you can do yoga. What I love about what I do is how great students feel each time.

Greta is a leader and was born to be a teacher!
She is upbeat and always smiling.
Her energy is contagious, and her classes are consistent, challenging and enlightening. I find her to be cool under pressure and always professional.

Greta is a pleasure to work with! She and I worked very closely together on a couple of difficult projects at our company, including curriculum development for online programs and a three-day teacher workshop. She was patient during this process to carefully outline tasks of the project, but also steadfast in accomplishing them. She added positive energy to our team, and I really enjoyed working with her!
