Nic'Kia is an awesome agent!! She's very professional! We had many questions about a trip we were planning for our anniversary. She was patient, knowledgeable, and she gave us tips on how to save money for our trip. Nic'Kia has excellent service, so I highly recommend her travel agency!!

Nickia was outstanding! She booked our Anniversary vacation to Los Cabos. She sent a package with many options! She booked us a room with oceanview and also some excursions. I am truly impressed with her customer service and will be using her again to book our Hawaii vacation next year!
