Our dryer is now working which is great!
There were some communication issues, but these wouldn't prevent us from using them again in the future.
The technician went to wrong business so we weren't able to get them out the day we initially scheduled. He came out the next day with an estimate, which we approved, but then had the wrong parts (they said due to old dryer but estimate said "all parts in stock"). He didn't come on Saturday as scheduled for install, but came out early Tuesday after the holiday and got it working quickly.
All in all would use them again but with the expectation that it probably won't be same day service or all parts in stock, as advertised. We do have an old commercial dryer and not many people work on them, so we were thankful for them.
Communication could have been better - we felt like we were chasing them down to see where they were - but pricing was fair and our dryer is working great again!

At first, my dishwasher repair with Appliance Repair Services was good. They worked hard to get the problem fixed and all was relatively well. However, now that my same issue has resurfaced I am having a different experience. I have tried reaching out to them numerous times only to have my call not answered and sent directly to a full voice mailbox. My repair is within the 90 day warranty window they say they have and I am currently hand-washing all of my dishes waiting for a response. I need my dishwasher repaired and don't want to be out another $350 to get my washer repaired.

It was the worst experience with this company. A representative came and asked more than what was quoted for my minor repair work. I called the company and the person on phone threatened me if I don't pay to his man! I am looking for some tips about how to go to consumer bureau to complain about this company.

I was very clear on everything, both conversations that we had are recorded and you are sadly mistaken if you think you can mislead my customers in thumbtack that I gave u a false price
You are a Companies worst nightmare I clearly stated a Service call of 55 dollars and you would be given a quote,if you approve of the quote you do not pay 55 dollars but if you refuse the repair then you would Pay the Service for having the technician come out
I dare you to say otherwise as I will prove you wrong with the recorded phone call
