- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My program fee is $725 for one dog and $850 for two dogs. In six sessions we cover basic obedience commands--come, heel, sit, down and stay. We then incorporate those commands into your every day life such as no jumping on people, walking on a loose leash, no continuous barking--anything that stops this dog from becoming a complete family member. I don't want you to have to ever make excuses for your dog.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I work the dog through the basic commands. The dogs are obedient. Then the work begins. I teach the people how to communicate with the dog so the dog can be as obedient with the owner.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always had a special way with animals. I had a horse farm and worked with both horses and dogs. When I retired from the advertising business, I knew exactly how I wanted to spend my time--training people and dogs to become a true team.
