Introduction: I have an innate talent for teaching/instructing; I found out from my students that I am the perfect person to teach English-speakers a foreign language because English was once a foreign language for me. This is also true in reverse: When I teach ESL, I can easily point out the pitfalls in learning the fascinating language of English! I love to see my students learn and grow in confidence and know that I have had a hand in it. I also love to reread the many thank-you notes I have received over the years and some of them spur me on to keep helping people improve their language skills.

Within a few hours of me looking for a French tutor on Thumbtack, Jako and I were sitting in a Starbucks together. I've learned a bit of French on my own, but Jako still spent a good amount of time correcting my pronunciation on certain sounds that I've been struggling with. By the end of our first lesson, we were having a simple conversation together in French.

Jako is an excellent Spanish teacher that understands how to teach in a way that makes complex things easy to learn. Jako is also willing to assist you with additional help even if it means going overtime. I really appreciate the lessons that I learned from Jako. I definitely recommend using him!
