- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We earn every bit of commission that we charge... you get what you pay for. A seller typically pays the full 6% commission in a transaction, and the sellers agent splits that commission with the selling agent. As a buyer, it only makes sense to use a real estate agent who is great at what they do and passionate. A great selling agent tropically earns around 20% more than a for sale by owner in our current market. We take pride in and love what we do, wether it’s representing the seller or the buyer. We also donate a percentage of every profit that we make to Bontonfarms.org, a charity that is near and dear to our hearts. We earn so that we can give! In service we are fulfilled!

We have consistently been in the top 20% of our office for the last 18 months. We can provide very personal attention on every level, and pride our selves on customer satisfaction. We are constantly continuing our education to continue to grow and be the best that we can be!
