- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The most important thing to know about pricing is that I am a full service Realtor. When you choose me to represent you on the purchase of your new home, the cost to you is NOTHING! My buyer clients have access to my market expertise and do not have to worry about incurring any Realtor costs. The sellers that have awarded me the opportunity to list and sell their home have realized a sale at an average of 98.7% of list price in 19 days. Those numbers have allowed them to sell quickly with minimal hassle and the ability to move on to the next adventure in their lives.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I work with a limited amount of clientele and this allows me to devote the maximum amount of time and attention to helping you achieve your goals. A consultation, prior to viewing homes or listing a home, is a huge benefit to all parties. Selling and buying a home is a huge decision and it is important to make sure everyone approaches the endeavour on the same path.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a true student of my craft and strive each day for a more in depth understanding of the market for my clients. In addition to the many classes and training that I attend, I've also had the great honor to be named one of D Magazines Top Real Estate Agents for 2017. I also serve on the Agent Leadership Committee in my office of over 600 agents and train new agents on how to progress in their career. Training others is a fantastic way to keep my skills sharp. My production allows me to stay firmly in the Top 5% of Realtors nationwide! An achievement that makes me quite proud.
