After being one hour late, it took three hours to move one queen bed, dresser w/ mirror, two chairs, one round table (without chairs), one couch (without any cushions) one refrigerator, and one large rug. The major issue is that our refrigerator was damaged during the move and ended up with three dents in the front. I immediately called the owner and sent him pictures of the damage, while the movers were still there, and he said he would pay to repair or replace it. The guys who handled the actual move felt terrible, and even explained how the damage was caused by the buckles of the straps they used. The owner came to look at it on 9/28, and I was shocked by his attitude and lack of customer service. He would not accept responsibility and insinuated the dents were already there before the move, even after I showed him a picture of the fridge taken immediately before the guys moved it, which obviously showed no damage. After going back and forth, he said he would try to find someone to fix the damage and would be back in touch. That was on 9/28 and I have yet to hear back from him. I would not recommend using this company. I understand accidents happen, but for them to not accept responsibility and pay for the repairs is not okay. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB as well and, if need, be taking legal action.Oct 11, 2018Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?For labor only moves we charge $35 per hour for each mover and $70 per hour for 2 movers. (Two hours minimum) For Truck moves we charge $105 per hour for 2 movers and a truck if you are within a 50 miles radius from Dallas. (Two hours minimum) If your first location is beyond the 50 miles radius from Dallas, we charge $110 per hour for two movers and a truck. (Two hours minimum) We also provide packing services for $75/hr for 2 guys. 2 hrs delivery services for a total of $160.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?When a new customer contacts us we give them an overview on our pricing, give them a brief description on how we will move their items including what we will wrap(all furniture) then give them an opportunity to ask any questions they might have about the move and or pricing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Our movers have training and experience ranging from 1 year to 5 years in the moving industry. So don't be surprised when you see familiar faces on your move day when you book with us. :)
